Alteration Services

We are all about our customer and ensuring you find the perfect fit. Get basic alterations for free after your purchase at our store!

Note: Not all products qualify for complimentary alterations. Fees may apply after consulting with customer support.

How does it work? 

• Try on your item and use pins to mark your desired length or fit.
• Take a picture and send us an email. Our customer support team will get back to you and confirm if this alteration will be free. 
• Ship the product back to us for alterations.
• We'll email you to confirm we've received your item. 
• Once your altered item is ready to ship, we'll send you another email notification. 

Tips to make your experience seamless: 

• We can only alter items that are clean and in their original state, and have not been previously altered. We may refuse service if items are not clean or do not meet our quality standards.
• If you want to alter the pants length, bring a pair of shoes you want to wear with them so that you can get the length just right. 
  

When you can get the items back? 

• We'll email you when your altered items are ready to ship. 
• It typically takes up to 10 days to delivery your package, depending on where you live. 
• If you're not satisfied with the alteration, you can return the items to us. However, we may refuse service if items don't meet alteration requirements—for example, if you request pants to be lengthened beyond the original pin markings.
